Gallery Reopens with Tania Mason Exhibition

24th November

SYDNEY WORKS ON PAPER GALLERY

Following the recent acquisition of the works on paper gallery at 24 Glenmore Road, Paddington,
Sydney (which the gallery has rented for the past 7 years) the director of Australian Galleries,
Stuart Purves set about renovating the existing space and converting the top floor into gallery.

The renovations have resulted in a 120% increase in showing space.
Thursday 24th November 05 marks the end of the renovations and the opening of Tania Mason’s
exhibition.

Stuart Purves will be at the opening after attending the awards presentation ceremony at the
National Arts School.  Australian Galleries works on paper gives an award of a 3 week exhibition to
a selection of final year students.

It is fitting that this award evening and the reopening of the Australian Galleries works on paper
gallery is on the same night.
